Online Entry of Enrollment on BSEH Portal for 9th and 11th Class for Exam Papers

As we all know that Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani is started the process of online form fillup since 2013 but this year is something different. In this year for exams of classes 9th and 11th each school has to fillup the detail of enrolled students in their school so that board can print the papers for the same for distribution. The online fillup of strength of students will be start from 13-11-2015 to 30-11-2015. If any school will not enter enrollment till the last date mention then they will not get papers from bhiwani board. This notification of haryana board will apply also on Private recognize schools. The schools who will not send the information to board their enrollment will be understood nill.

To fill up the forms each candidate fees will be required and respective school will have the option to pay either online mode or offline mode.

Management Information System (MIS)

MIS is a Online Portal developed by Education Department Harayan (For Schools). It is abbreviated as Management information System.

Objective:
Its idiology was found in  2014 with the following Objective:

1. To Reduce the demand of repeated data request from all the district schools,
2.  To reduce the workload of teachers by freeing them from non-teaching work
3. Becoming single source of information for the dara required by the department
4. All Data which is related to school, students, staff, building of school, transfers will be automated and can be found on single click by the department. The information will be online by the schools level while consolidate information can be found at single click either at district level or state level

Levels of MIS:

It will work in three Parts.

1. School Database
2. Student Database
3. Staff Database  

Phases:

      Phase First

1. Student Admission, Re-admission & Transition 
2. Basic School Information and School Definition
3. Basic Employee Information 

     Phase Second:

1. School Infrastructure
2. Monthly tests conducted by schools
3. Board Enrollment will be connected by MIS Data
4. Transfer management done by MIS
5. APAR Data will be managed 

     Phase Third :

1. Schemes Detail and their Status 
2. Training of Employees will be managed under 3rd phase
3. Leave Management of Employees.
